Acre MHC is a real estate investment company dedicated to sourcing, acquiring, and managing investments of high-quality manufactured housing (MH) communities and recreational vehicle (RV) resorts throughout the United States. Our current portfolio of acquisitions consists of over 75 communities across 13 states, comprised of more than 20,000 home sites in communities of various sizes, with sites for 55+, All-age, and RV residents.

Collectively, our principals have worked at public and private REITs, private equity firms, diversified real estate funds, and global insurance platforms — executing complex transactions and driving strategic value across portfolios.
